You can do this through your account if you registered the laptop at some point. Alternatively you would have to call them by phone. While they do not officially support win 10 for your product it is weird that they would leave you with something that is not functional due to drivers. I am afraid the laptop is considered pretty much outdated at this point and how they call it here "end of life".
So, maybe you would have better result contacting microsoft since your windows 10 is actually still covered by their support msi can just tell you to get something newer or live with it pretty much.
